Our Story
Starting as a hospitality professional and event planner in New York, Ashley wanted to slow down her life. Since she was two years old, she has had food/environmental allergies, asthma, and eczema. She was constantly in and out of doctors' offices and emergency rooms. Tired of the constant trips and hormonal imbalances, she started looking into herbalism and holistic alternative practices.
After several years of her holistic journey, Ashley started going to school for aromatherapy, herbalism and yoga teacher training. From there, she was able to take what she learned and apply it to her own lifestyle and company, where she now helps, educates and inspires people to honor themselves in their journey.
